Trustworthy and great service! I’m new to Redondo Beach, so finding a place to repair my Toyota RAV4 was tricky, especially since I needed new breaks and an OBD2 port. When I came across Tommy and his team at Lucky’s Auto Care, I knew I’d be in good hands after receiving a detailed maintenance report, quote for expected services with an easy accept/decline digital process, and Tommy (owner) making multiple calls to Toyota dealerships to get a better price on my OBD2 port. He helped save over 60% on that piece of equipment. I was able to drop my car off in the morning at 9:30am on Saturday, and got it that afternoon. Also, the area where Lucky’s Auto is great to walk around. The shop is clean and you can tell the people take pride in their work.

I recently bought new wheels for my old Jeep and needed a shop to help me install them. I requested help on Yelp and immediately received a reply from Tom. He let me know they could definitely assist me with mounting my wheels. When I first arrived, I was greeted by one of the mechanics with a firm handshake and eye contact (which says a lot about a person) and walked over to the service station. They took in my Jeep and got my wheels mounted and balanced same day! Very pleased with this shop and will definitely be coming back (since Jeeps always break down).

Great service and great pricing. I had the oil changed on both my Porsche and my Volkswagen Jetta, and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and handled both cars with care. It’s hard to find fair pricing for a Porsche, and they delivered quality work at a very reasonable cost. Everything was quick and easy. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I went to Lucky’s Auto Care in Redondo Beach for a smog test, and I’m so glad I did! They kindly filled my wiper fluid for free and gave me helpful advice about my car. Everyone there was friendly, generous, and professional. The shop is nice and clean, and having free Wi-Fi while waiting was a big plus. They even offer complimentary water, coffee, or tea, which made the experience extra comfortable. I was so impressed that I came back the next day for a free diagnostic to make sure everything was okay. I’m really happy I found such a trustworthy and convenient auto shop right on my way to work. Highly recommended!

Lucky’s just worked on one of our cars that was in need some attention. They got it all happy again. We were so pleased that we brought our other car to them for service. We especially appreciate the great attitude and the quick turnaround. What a super nice crew! They’ll be our go to shop in the South Bay.

Great customer service- I’ve had my catalytic converter done here and my muffler. They work fast and get you the best deal in town. Erne is always super nice

I called an hour before closing time and I was immediately worked in to their busy schedule! They gave me a great price and did excellent work on my exhaust. It has never looked better! Don’t Waste your time elsewhere. Lucky’s is where you want.

Excellent service and they’re so personable. I called in last minute for an overdue smog check. I spoke to Ernie and he was beyond helpful. I love how friendly the staff is. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable while waiting in the comfy waiting room with complimentary coffee, various teas and water bottles. I definitely will be returning! Hard to pass up this level of professionalism, friendliness and generous free samples of useful items. Thank you again and we’ll be seeing you soon!

What a great team they have here! They’ve been taking care of my 32’ motorhome for years, everything from simple oil changes, to hunting down complex solutions for issues specific to my rig. Now I’ve started taking my Audi for service as well. They’ve been great with communication while keeping everything transparent. I’m so happy to have this place near by.

I had an issue with the windshield washer fluid not coming out, they fixed it by blowing air through the line and didn’t even charge me for it. Nice team, got to meet the owner. The tech guy, Ernie, was very helpful. Will go back again. Nice to have a place close to home that is open on Saturday.

Very pleased with the quality, professionalism and efficiency of this shop. We did an oil change and tire rotation on our Winnebago Solis RV van and it was super easy to make the reservation, drop off and pick up. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

This place is wildly accommodating, I work on ships and was leaving for a month… the night before I left they let me cruise in with no notice. Drop my van off (which is an older dodge sprinter van, some shops won’t even touch diesel engines) and let my friend pick it up when it was finished. New fuel injector amongst other things was done in a day. They sent photos to me of other issues they’d recommend sorting out now or in the future. Didn’t push me to do anything aside from the things I wanted done. If you’ve got a sprinter van (or any car) skip the overpriced “sprinter specific” shops and come here. Super friendly and professional

Ernie and his guys did a great job working on my 1980 Chevy Malibu . they restored the exhaust to its original specs and they fixed my shifter issue . They fixed the interior dome light and everything is looking good right now !

This shop is the best I’ve ever used. They listened to my dilemma;; they made suggestions, explained options…no arm-twisting! Their facility is clean; they have an efficient, professional operation! This is not a paid advertisement! I paid them! But, it was very fair!

I called around and this place had the most affordable smog check for $58. I was able to get a same day appointment. They have a small but nice waiting area. The guy who checked me in was super nice. I’ll definitely be returning for other needs given my positive experience!

So glad I found this shop. Great service and price. Ernie was awesome and very helpful. While waiting in the waiting room, and older man asked me why I was having done in my car… I found out he had being a client for over 20 years…!! Will sure be back….
